- The United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
- Canada
- Mexico

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our item prices or shipping fees. - All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holiday sales, major promotions), processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times provided are from the date your order is shipped, not from the date your order is placed. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections) can occur.

6. Order Tracking
Once your Bornova USA order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the respective carrier's website (e.g., USPS.com, UPS.com, FedEx.com).
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that your shipping address is entered completely and accurately at checkout. Bornova USA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly or incompletely entered addresses.
- If you discover an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@bornovausa.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
- Orders returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be subject to a re-shipping fee.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Packages: If your Bornova USA package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage to both the packaging and the contents. Contact us within 1-3 business days of delivery at info@bornovausa.com so we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and arranging a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your Bornova USA package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, gate, leasing office, warehouse and receiving area.
- Contact your local post office or the respective carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If you still cannot locate your package after 1-3 business days (after the marked delivery date), please contact us at info@bornovausa.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Please note that Bornova USA is not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier but are not received by the customer.
9. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes (If Applicable)
- For all international orders, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Bornova USA.
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We advise checking with your country's customs office to determine any potential additional costs before placing your order.
- Refusal to pay customs duties and taxes will result in the package being returned to Bornova USA. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping charges, and a potential restocking fee. No refund will be issued for the original shipping cost.
10. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to Bornova USA as undeliverable due to reasons such as an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or multiple failed delivery attempts by the carrier, we will notify you upon its return.
- You will have the option to have the package re-shipped (at your expense for new shipping charges), or we can issue a refund for the product cost (less original shipping charges and any return fees incurred by us).
