The Hydraulic Flanging Machine is engineered to efficiently bend the edges of both curved and non-curved lids used in cylindrical metal containers, whether pressurized or non-pressurized. • Bending Process: The machine initiates the bending operation by positioning the flanging head between two rolls—one fixed to the upper reducer and the other idle at the bottom. As the upper roll operates, hydraulic cylinder number 3 moves upwards, enabling the bending of the edges through the linear movements of hydraulic cylinders 1 and 2. This process is repeated as needed to achieve desired dimensions based on thickness, depth, and diameter.
• Full Circular Bending and Flanging: The machine guarantees complete circular edge formation, ensuring maximum efficiency and stability during the flanging process. The forming roller, crafted from high-resistance steel and induction hardened, is specifically designed to match the required edge radius.
• Smooth and Efficient Performance: The Flanging Machine offers a smooth operation, with an articulated flange roll shape that conserves material. It is capable of accurately forming a variety of metal sheets, ranging from very thin to thick materials, while providing straightforward operation and flexibility.

• Manual and Automatic Flanging: The machine can function in both manual and CNC (automatic) modes. The hydraulic system allows for height and direction adjustments, accommodating various production requirements.

• Precision: Enhanced precision is achieved through a material centering screw and fixing bolt. The bottom flange roller and hydraulic support system ensure accurate production at the desired radius.

• Efficiency: The high-torque top flanging roll enhances rotation speed, enabling quicker operations and increasing overall production efficiency. This feature supports precise processing of various metal sheets, including CNC metal plastering, flanging, and bowl head forming, while allowing for flexibility in producing parts of diverse shapes and sizes.
